Laxtartar på kavring
7-8 snittar
200 g kallrökt lax
1 msk skånsk senap
1 msk hackad dill
50 g färskost smaksatt med pepparrot
2 msk creme fraiche
50 g löjrom el. stenbitsrom
3 msk smörgåskrasse
kavring
Skär laxen i små bitar. Blanda den med senap och dill. Kantskär brödet och skär på diagonalen. Bred dem med pepparrotsosten. Fördela laxröran på kavringen. Klicka eller spritsa på creme fraiche och rom. Garnera med krasse.
Midsommarröra
3 hårdkokta ägg
3 matjessillfiléer + lite spad
2 msk finhacad rödlök
2 msk hackad dill
1 msk finskuren gräslök
1 dl creme fraiche
nymalen vitpeppar
Hacka ägg och matjessillen. Blanda med övriga ingredienser. Lägg på kavring och dekorera med en dillkvist.
